Filtering: Optional filters that can be used above the table may appear. They can be used to narrow down the results from a search, can be used alone or combined with another filter(s), and can be cleared.

Column Sorting: Columns can be sorted Ascending or Descending by clicking on the triangle in the header.

Display a specific number of Rows: The number of rows to display can be adjusted. Change the pull-down to between 10 and 50.

Save to PDF: Some tables will have the option to save the output as a pdf.

Note: Some charts/tables may not have all of these functions available.

In genealogy, maps are an important tool for locating public records, as these records were usually collected and maintained at local levels.
